Many factors contribute to a successful event: appearances of famous guests, company meeting atmosphere, or quality time during a corporate party. We cherish those memories-evoking moments, which is why our photos reflect everything you would like your guests to remember.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL?

Weeks, sometimes even months of planning, a meticulously prepared schedule and a list of events. Catering, decor, music and light. You and your team put great effort into an event which as soon as after a few hours is just a memory; that is why capturing these moments is of the utmost importance. Over the last decade we photographed hundreds of events. Take a look at what we focus on in our job.

FIRST OF ALL: MOOD

Each event is different, but all have one thing in common – good atmosphere. That is why we do our best to remain unnoticed when capturing all these situations, smiles, and moments in which your guests would like to be remembered.

PERFECT SETTING

Calm before the storm usually lasts only for a couple of moments before the event starts. These moments are more than enough to capture all the effort you put into preparations, such as the choice of venue, details and lighting. Rest assured we know how to convey atmosphere of a venue – in vivid colors and dynamic frames. Our photos will be of great use when planning next events or will make great additions to your portfolio.

WE KNOW WHAT “BRIEF” IS

Before each event we ask about all details that we should focus on. In addition, we do our best to capture various, even the smallest nuances thanks to which not a single important element will go unnoticed, and both you and your customer can be sure that everything went according to the plan.

…or sometimes just its glimpse. In both cases we know the importance of group and individual photos. To take the highest quality photos, we may use the space in the venue, or we can provide our own mobile photo studio with proper lighting.

IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDE:

Experience – 10 years in photojournalism and hundreds of covered events
Reliability– all hardware required for the successful completion of the assignment is doubled in case of the equipment malfunction;
Backups – all photos taken during an event are saved on two independent memory cards;
Data security – after the event is over, the whole material will be secured on at least two encrypted hard drives;
Highest quality – all photos are retouched by the photographer;
Mobile photo studio – it is possible to shoot business photos or portraits during the event;
Proper outfit – if there is a need, we adjust the outfit to match the event’s style.

What’s the turn-around?

– If we make the selection, the photos are usually ready within a single business day after the event is over. In some cases it may take up to 3 business days.
– When the selection is made by the customer, the raw material is sent within 1 business day, and the processed photos are ready within 3 business days after receiving the list of chosen shots.

How many photos will we receive?

– If we pick the shots from the raw material, we choose and process the best, unique photos that are of the highest technical quality. The number of finished photos depends on the type of the event, its schedule and the number of shots to be taken on the photo wall. Usually 25 to 50 photos are taken during a single hour at the event.
– If the selection is made by the customer, he or she gets to choose a predetermined number of photos that depends on the length of the photoshoot. It is possible to buy extra photos.

How do we calculate travel fees?

– The costs of travel within the administrative borders of Warsaw are included in the price.
– For events outside of Warsaw, travel fees are added based on the price list.
